This is a quick way to make a hot salmon sandwich. The bell pepper adds the necessary crunch to the dish and the wasabi mayonnaise the necessary kick to the taste buds. You can use any thickly sliced bread for the sandwich, I happen to use the garlic bread you get from Costco.
Enjoy!

Salmon Preparation Ingredients
½ lbs. Salmon fillet
½ tsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
¼ tsp. Sesame Oil
Wasabi Mayonnaise Preparation Ingredients
3 Tbs. Mayonnaise

¼ - ½ Bell Pepper, cut into ½-inch wide wedges
2 thick cut slices of Garlic Bread or Sourdough, toasted
Oil for cooking
Salmon Preparation Instructions
  1. Add the Teriyaki marinade and sesame oil to the salmon in covered container and marinate for at least one hour (or overnight in the refrigerator). If marinating the salmon overnight in the refrigerator, take the salmon out at least one hour before cooking.
Wasabi Mayonnaise Preparation
  1. Put the mayonnaise, wasabi powder or paste, and the lemon or lime juice into a small dish.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the wasabi mayonnaise and set aside.
  3. The wasabi mayonnaise can be made the night before.
Bread and Vegetable Preparation Instructions
  1. Cut 2 thick slices from the garlic bread and toast.
  2. Wash and cut the bell pepper into ½-inch long wedges and set aside.

  2. Add the salmon and the bell pepper to the pan. Cook each side of the salmon and the salmon for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
