This is an easy and tasty way to eat grilled chicken
leftovers. The tzatziki sauce goes great with the chicken and counters some of
the heat of the jalapeño peppers. The wrap can be eaten warm if you microwave it
for 1-minute on high, just be sure to put some water on the wrap before
microwaving to prevent the tortilla from drying out and cracking.

Ingredients
10-inch Flour or Corn Tortillas
Deboned Grilled Chicken from the Malay-Style
Grilled Turmeric Chicken Breasts, Grilled
Saffron Chicken Breasts, Grilled
Soy Sauce Chicken, Grilled
Garam Masala Chicken, Grilled
Guinness Chicken, or Grilled
Ginger Peach Chicken recipes
Sliced Tomatoes
Sliced Red and Green Jalapeño Peppers (optional)
Tzatziki Sauce
Assembly Instructions
- Debone the grilled chicken, and then wash and slice the tomatoes and jalapeño peppers.
- Spread tzatziki sauce onto a tortilla, and then put the chicken, tomato slices, and sliced jalapeño peppers onto the tortilla. Wrap the tortilla to hold all the ingredients. The wrap can be served warm after heating for 1-minute on high in a microwave (the wrap should be moistened with some water before microwaving to prevent the tortilla from drying out and cracking).
